How do I book?
Reserve online or call 305-306-4444. Evening and weekend hours in Brickell are requested most often.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Every massage at Neo Brickell Massage is performed by a licensed professional.
What should I wear?
Undress to your comfort. You will be draped throughout. Many guests wear underwear; the choice is always yours.
Do you accept walk-ins?
When a room and therapist are available, yes. Booking ahead is the surest way to have the hour you want.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us as much notice as you can. Last-minute changes are handled with the same courtesy we ask of our guests. Call 305-306-4444 and we will help.
Where do I park?
We are at 426 SW 8th ST, Miami, FL 33130, in the heart of Brickell. Street and nearby garage parking are typically used; allow a few extra minutes at peak hours.
What are your hours?
Monday–Saturday 10am–8:30pm, Sunday 11am–7pm.
How much does a massage in Brickell cost?
Swedish or deep tissue is $95 for 60 minutes, $140 for 90 minutes, and $180 for two hours. A couples massage starts at $180. Full prices are on each service page.
How close are you to Brickell City Centre?
A short walk. We are at 426 SW 8th ST, Miami, FL 33130, in the heart of Brickell, easy to reach from Downtown Miami as well.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes. Two licensed therapists, two tables, one private room. Book both tables ahead, especially Friday and Saturday evenings.
Do you offer services other than massage?
Yes. Facials, body waxing, and teeth whitening are offered here. Nail treatments are next door at Neo Nails. Call 305-306-4444 for waxing.
What should I expect during a Swedish massage?
Long, flowing strokes and quieter pressure. You are draped throughout. Tell your therapist if you want more or less. See Swedish massage.
Are deep tissue massages good for muscle recovery?
Yes. We use slower, deeper work for tension that sits in the neck, shoulders, and back. See deep tissue massage.
How does aromatherapy massage help?
It is a Swedish or deep tissue hour with essential oils chosen to stay quiet, not overpowering. Same prices as the massage menu.
Do you offer full-session massage treatments?
Yes. 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Hot stones are included. Full prices are on the services page.
